The PMC and other tailor-made courses are offered through the Mediation Support Project (MSP), a joint venture between swisspeaceBasel and the Center for Security Studies (CSS), ETH Zurich. MSP is funded by the Peace and Human Rights Division (PHRD) of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
